Social Worker, Licensed 2
Provide adult mental health services for the adult mental health program Atlanta by completing initial and updated BH assessments, safety plans, ANSA, provide individual / group counseling, C-SSRS, develop treatment plans, and utilize best practices for goals/ objectives and interventions. Other duties involve completing notes by the end of the business day. Complete discharge summaries/close charts per given protocol.
NOTE:McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates.Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:
Fingerprint Based
Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested
positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on
your first day of orientation.
