McIntosh Trail Community Service Board
Cordially greets individuals and answers telephone with professionalism. Utilizes the EHR to register, admit individuals and  scan documents. Take referrals and provide individuals with admission paperwork. Performs medical records duties, assists with monthly reports, provides administrative support for staff. Handles and creates templates for continued use with other agencies if needed through excel and word. Ordering appropriate supplies, coding utility bills. Some case management helping individuals with outside agencies and people. 

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record 
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
