Job Description and Requirements:

Assistant Public Defender I

The Pataula Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is accepting applications for an Assistant Public Defender I. Primary responsibilities are in the Juvenile and Superior Courts of the Pataula Circuit, handling both felony and misdemeanor cases. Attorneys will work with and report directly to a Senior Attorney working in court with them. Applicants should be admitted to practice law in Georgia and be in good standing with the Bar, and have reliable transportation.
