Savannah is seeking qualified applicants for the position of
Property and Supply Clerk with our Warehouse Department. This position will work 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and is eligible for State Benefits.
Georgia Regional Hospital – Savannah (GRHS) operates 180 licensed, accredited inpatient beds for two major program areas: 1) adult mental health, 2) adult forensic services.
GRHS offers inpatient adult mental health services, inpatient habilitation services and forensic program services to a catchment area of approximately 45 Georgia counties.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Receiving and processing incoming property and equipment from vendors.
• Immediate processing and marking of new incoming property.
• Maintaining and organizing files on all property assigned to the hospital.
• Communicating with various offices and units as to maintain an effective system of accountability by departments.
• Providing customer service through direct contact or by phone conversation.
• Counting and inspecting incoming supplies and equipment on arrival.
• Assisting the supervisor with property control by labeling new equipment and various inventories.

Vocational/Technical degree from an accredited college OR High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience in shipping and receiving OR One year of experience at the lower level Supply/Warehouse Clerk 1 (FES010) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions require possession of valid driver's license.
