Job Description and Requirements:
The Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is seeking an Assistant Public Defender IV. Primary duties will include representation of indigent clients charged with felony criminal cases in Superior Court of Fulton County. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities of the position. Applicants must be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, been practicing for seven (7) years, and have a strong commitment to indigent defense work.
