Mental Health - Residential - Henry / Spalding / Lamar Counties
Provides support to adult individuals with mental illness to assist with his/her functioning, gaining access to necessary services and creating an environment that promotes recovery as outlined in treatment goals. Services are provided in the community to an approximate caseload of 30 to 50 individuals with documentation and productivity requirements, must be organized but have an ability to prioritize tasks quickly, must attend any training's as required, documentation is to be completed by the end of the day.

conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is
contingent upon satisfactory results of:
Fingerprint Based
Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested
positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on
your first day of orientation.

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience OR Two years of experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human services setting OR One year of experience at the lower level Client Support Worker 2 (SSS011) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
