Licensed Practical Nurse 2
Assists with training/ orientation of new nurses in outpatient and specialty services. Provides nursing services to individuals when assisting outpatient/ specialty services and completes documentation per agency policy.Attend training/ updates for HIV/HCV program. Provides HIV/HCV testing to individuals and at community events and maintains proper paperwork. Assists lead nurse with new employee TB testing and administer Hepatitis B vaccinations, maintain proper documentation.

Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.

Vocational/Technical degree from an accredited college AND current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse AND Six months of nursing experience.
