Under general
supervision, installs, repairs & maintains, plumbing; install/replace
batteries; ensures grounds are kept free of debris/trash; pressure wash areas
of campus as needed; perform minor drywall. Finish and touch-up or full repair;
and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of
experience in a skilled trade (electrical, carpentry, plumbing) or building
maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
This person should have general knowledge in
building maintenance, shipping and receiving, and office assisting. This person
should be willing to work in either area from day to day to assist all areas
within the Facilities department.
A high school degree or GED *and* One (1) year of experience in a skilled trade (electrical, carpentry, plumbing) or building maintenance.
