Training Instructor will supervise a case load of 8-10 individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Staff will record documentation on each individual daily. Staff will assist with developing ISP and implementing goals. The staff member will be responsible for maintaining electronic health records, attendance, transportation, monthly calendars, and monthly reports. Assist with toileting needs. Experience with making community connections and supported employment a plus.
NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of: • Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Database • Drug Screen • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
