Social Service Tech 3 - Henry County Counseling Center
Under broad supervision, provides a broad range of social services to patients/ clients and their families. Conduct patient/ client intakes, participate in treatment team meeting planning and performs crisis intervention . Assist in dealing with personal and social problems. May provide supportive counseling to clients and families and or serve as a liaison for social services. May perform case management duties. Performs lead worker functions.

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record 
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.

Bachelor's degree in a social services related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of experience in a social services related field OR High school diploma or GED AND Three years of experience in a social services related position OR One year of experience at the lower level Social Svcs Tech 2 (SST011) or position equivalent.
