Under general supervision, performs construction, repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections of physical structures, plumbing fixtures/hardware, and electrical devices at an assigned facility.

NOTE:

This is a twenty-nine (29) hour per week position, and is not eligible for benefits.

Minimum Qualifications :

Three years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment.

OR

Two years of experience at the lower level or position equivalent (FET031).
