Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (PRN)

Completes comprehensive assessment and formulates individual treatment plan. Facilitate DBT clinical groups, family orientation sessions and family discharge sessions. Writes timely progress notes. 

Hours:
19 hours per week
Evenings and Weekends

APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE DEGREES, COPY OF DIPLOMA FOR HIGH SCHOOL/GED,  and OFFICIAL COPY OF PROFESSIONAL LICENSE (If applicable) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW.
