Job Description and Requirements:
The Clayton Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office is seeking to hire an Assistant Public Defender II. Primary duties include representing indigent clients with criminal case(s) in Superior Court. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Applicants must be a current member in good standing with the Georgia State bar. Jury trial experience is mandatory. A strong commitment to indigent defense is also required.
