Instructor Supervisor
The Community Access Group (CAG) Instructor Supervisor is a working supervisor for a small team of direct care staff that provides groups and community activities at a day program for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities.
Assists with the development of individualized service plans for each client by members of an interdisciplinary team. Assures that plans are implemented and updated as required. Reviews staff documentation for conformity to agency and payer requirements. Appropriately interprets, implements, and enforces compliance with agency policies and procedures and safety regulations. Assures that program participants receive the appropriate attention to their needs and service guidelines.
Recommends hires, trains, and evaluates performance of subordinate staff. Utilizes coaching and involves subordinates in the identification and solution of program issues and the implementation of required program changes.
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm; Flexibility is required for meetings and trainings.
